Surface 2 disable secure boot USB

I bought a Surface 2, it comes with Windows 8.1 RT, would like to install version 8.1 Pro, however in an attempt to disable the usb boot, it gets to the black screen, and has no action.
To restore normal functioning by connecting it with the volume down button,
It does not work to enter Setup to disable secure boot.

Anyone know get me this question?

You can't put pro on an rt device.

The surface rt and surface 2 are ARM tablets. Windows 8 won't run on it even if you do disable the secure boot.
