Trouble viewing websites properly

Hello,

I am having problems viewing some websites on my surface pro 2. For instance, when I go to the website
express.com, I can barely see to sign in. I also cannot see the cart when I attempt to purchase something. This is
not the only site that does this.

Is there a setting I need to change to fix this???

What is your Windows DPI setting level set to?

Don't use chrome. It uses a decades old graphics library that doesn't support dpi scaling properly.

i'm using explorer...I will check the dpi setting. I am not at home right now. Thanks for responding.
