Every time I have no other option but to reset using vol down+power. If the surface is in this state overnight, the battery is fully drained.
The surface is completely up to date and no flux installed. I have had this problem since day 1.
I currently have windows 10 installed but dont think this is the problem as it happened with win 8.1 too.
I have run sleepstudy (see attached) and there appears to be problems with tasks remaining active but I dont know what to do about it now!
