Windows Central Question
Recently, my Surface Pro 3 had a big collision inside my bag and the corner cracked, I could see the inside a bit. The crack spread out in one line across the laptop and soon after began forming bubbles along the crack. It soon went away though. When I press the power button, it is stuck on the surface logo and the only way to get in is hard restart. I did that though the lock screen started glitching and had to have someone hold their fingers on the screen while I was typing the password, and then backing everything up. What do I do after an incident like this?
