Resetting After Hardware Insert

I will plug in a mouse/keyboard dongle and my Surface will reset with a KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE error.

anyone else having issues?

No, I've got an MS 3500 mouse and the dongle for that doesn't cause any problems. A Surface Pro shouldn't need anything other than a standard Windows 8 driver - have you checked for the right driver?
