CR 200 stopped charging my Lumia 1020

I was just driving for about an hour and halfway through it just stopped charging my Lumia 1020. Nothing changed, one second the icon showed charging and then it stopped. Battery is only 40% charged so its not full.

Any ideas?

Solved it by replacing the unit
