Getting boring ( Downgrade problem)

So my 1520 still cant update to cyan version , And like many other the nokia software tool dont read my phone when its connected , Is there anyway i could downgrade the software other than that , Also if anyone know why the nokia recovery tool dont read my device when connected let me know , Im using windows 7 currently on my laptop , i tried from different computers but still the app doesnt recognize my device .

Is microsoft working to solve that problem or its done ? need information please .

Few weeks ago I used Nokia Recovery Tool to downgrade a Windows Phone from the Preview for Devs to Windows Phone and right after to update it to Windows Phone 8.1...

Seems like the Tool takes a bit to notice the phone is connected; have you tried to leave it connected for a bit and see if something happens? Or you just connected and immediately after disconnected?
(yeah, seems a stupid theory, but it may be something)

start the program. then connect the phone. make sure to use the cable that came with the phone.
do not use any other cable.

@ Capo : i tried to wait for a while like 10 min , but no respond , Funny that the laptop able to read the device but not the app .
