GDR2-Amber update available for India on nokia care suite

UPDATE: Firmware update has been removed. Old firmware showing up now.

Just checked today, and gdr2 amber update for India is available on nokia care suite today.

Flashed it, haven't encountered any issues yet. The new things i found are:

1) Nokia Glance Screen
2) Data sense
3) Nokia Smart Cam
4) Lumia Color profile
5) Touch sensitivity options
6) Flip to silence

However strangely, there's no double tap to awake, and NOT strangely ofcourse there's no FM Radio.

Hi, you did flashed your L620 right. Now if v get amber update through OTA can you remove the flashed version and installed the OTA amber update?

why you want to remove flashed version? both are same no difference

But some ppl have problem after the flash, so wanted to know.

Goto settings>backup turn on everything there
your contacts,app list,messages and photos(skydrive) will be backed up to your microsoft account,after flashing just sign into MS account your data will be restored

Just open nokia care suite and then connect your 720 using the cable. The suite should recognise the device on its own.

Nokia removes Amber.GDR2 updates from their servers that's why its showing GDR1 firmwares in Nokia Care Suite 5.0 i checked for Lumia 920 820 and 620 which are currently available in India according to Nokia. So please wait....

How to update using NOkia care suite ..when i tried to update using Nokia care suite ....it says to get in pc suite mode but how can i go to pc suite mode with my lumia 620

Hi....!!!
I used nokia care suite to update my Lumia620 bt it shows S/W version as 1030.6407.1308.0002 rather than 3046.0000.1329.2001(for India)
