Lock and unlock sound is not working!

Guys I need ua help! Am using a 620.. and by mistake wen i was exchanging my panel the battery fell down! From dat moment on my lock and unlock sounds are not working! I tried a shift reset too! Didn't help! Anyone please help!

Hey go into phone settings->ringtones + sounds->scroll down and tap on Lock and Unlock.

If u hav Cortana just change ur region to any other than us , which disable quiet hours
ND voila ur lock unlock sound is back
