Why am I unable to update maps in Here Drive+?

Unable to update maps in Here Drive+

Hi All,
I have a Lumia 635 and using Here Drive+ happily.
I would need to update maps. So I go to Here Drive+ and choose update maps. However, nothing happens. I left the phone switched connected to WiFi (perfectly working) all night long but day after phone was stiil looking for updated maps
How can I sort this out?

I think HERE apps are no longer supported on windows phones.. they pushed two updates that killed the apps and whenever u ask them they just say " we are working on it " it has been two weeks now and still no fix.. and u can clearly see them shifting their focus on android and ios .. check their account on twitter

Are you guys outside the US? Are you not using US language and regionalization settings?

I have no problem updating my maps or installing new map regions on my Lumia 635 with HERE.

r u using the latest windows 10 build on your phone ?

No, WP 8.1 stable.

Are you on the WM10 preview builds?

yes .. Today I had to roll back to windows 8.1 to get it back and then upgraded to windows 10 .. because u cannot find it on the store and u cannot download it
