Change marketplace region (no apps for my country)

Hi.
I have a Nokia Lumia 800.
WP Marketplace is not very assorted.
My region is Uruguay (South America), so most of the few existing apps just keep telling me "The app is not available in your region"

Please help me to feel that my Lumia is somehow better than my grandmother's Asha.

Tryed Settings / region+language change to:
Display language: English (I'm spanish but I could change it to czech or whatever if it helps)
Region format: English (United States)
System locale: English (United States)
Browser & search language: English (United States)

but no luck.

What does the marketplace consider in order to know where my region is?
What about hard reseting?
Which settings can I change back to spanish?
