LUMIA 820 SD card problem

Hi all!
I am new to this forum. BTW sorry for my bad English. My boss has lumia 820 and when she connects her phone to pc via usb cable she can only see phone memory in win explorer (she uses win 7 pro 32 bit) listed as Windows Phone. There is no removable drive in explorer for her phone SD card so she cant send data from sd card to her pc and vice versa. I have updated her lumia yesterday thinking that could resolve her issue but unfortunately it didn't help. When i connected her phone this morning i got win phone in explorer (as usual) and got message that nokia bootmgr failed to install as windows driver installation notification. How can i set up her phone or OS so she can see her phone sd card as a removable drive in windows?

You could always try removing the SD card, putting the files onto the card with it out of the device and when you're done put it back in. Its less than ideal. The only other things you could try are soft or hard resets.

I have explained her that it could lead to that scenario. But it far from ideal situation.
