Adjusting Volume

Just a little pet peeve i have at the moment.

When watching a movie or metro tube clip why is it when i adjust the volume it adjust the ringing volume of the phone when someone call. Surely they could have made it so when ur watching a movie it doesn't **** up ur ringtone volume.
