Camera Pro app: Lumia 925 vs Lumia 1020

So now that Nokia has rolled out the Pro Camera app to a lot of Lumia phones, I myself would like to know the difference in capture quality between having the app on the 925 and the 1020?

I was set on purchasing the 1020 (when I could afford it) because of all the flash features it had when wanting to take a photo (and the 41MP was also an eye grabber), but now that the app is on the 925, I'm wondering whether the quality would be very close to that of the 1020 and with the specs (on paper) being almost the same for both phones, is it worth spending almost $900 outright for the 1020 when I could get a lighter phone for less money with the same features??

I love taking photos with my Lumia 900 and have always used its camera instead of a physical camera. I've thought about buying an SLR but prefer the portability of a camera phone, hence why I've been eye balling the 1020.

Anyone been able to compare between the 2 phones??

The photos will no doubt be better on the Lumia 1020.

It just depends on what you want.

Specs the same? The 1020 has a huge, vastly superior camera sensor and the camera firmware is also tweaked to make good use of it. So even if the 925 produces good pictures and videos (better than any other non-Nokia smartphone out there in my opinion) it's still no match for the 1020.

But even then, the 1020 is no match for a good SLR either
