USB Line out?

Howdy,

I'm the happy owner of a used Lumia 930, but the Headphone jack seems to be dysfunctional. The DAC is fine, but the phone won't drive the audio; I can barely hear it with my car turned on full. With existing software, or in Windows 10 Mobile, am I able to use a portable DAC with Digital Audio Line Out via usb? (plugging in an external DAC via usb)

Well I wish a saw an option to delete the thread, since a cursory search shows that this topic has been beat deader than the horse of famine or war.

I will say that USB OTG is way overdue with 20,000+ votes on the suggestions forum since 2013.

How can Microsoft say they are serious about WP when you can't do digital audio out? Something that has been in Windows for ages, and on "other" smartphone platforms for years now.
