If I buy one of these Windows Phone devices outright from Nokia, Samsung, etc

Will I not have to deal with carrier bloatware? I am assuming yes as I'm not purchasing it from a provider.

If you buy an unlocked one it shouldn't have anything on it, but this isn't Android, whatever bloatware came on via Verizon when I bought my 928 has been deleted and removed from my phone.

Carrier bloatware are fully uninstallable on Windows phones.
