Just thought I'd share as I saw this for the first time today. In Outlook/Exchange (I am running 2013), if you create a meeting/appointment with "Working Elsewhere" as the "Show As" status, it will not sync with your WP8. You will receive an email (or many, as was the case for me) stating
[h=1]Synchronization with your WP8 failed for 1 items.[/h]The following items couldn't be sent to your mobile phone. They haven't been deleted. You should be able to access them using either Outlook or Outlook Web App.
Frustrating, but I guess not too surprising. Just need to wait for them to catch up, I guess.
