hello guys..i bought lumia 720 a month b4..!
and i had a problem : i cant reduce the volume of the mobile.(the volume down button doesn't responds).
then i talked wid care center, they asked me to do reset the mobile!!

and i planned to Reset by using the "reset" option from the setting !!

after clicking the "reset" option, i got the spinning gears (wheels), it last for more than 2 hours :(

even i can't shut my mobile !!

HELP ME !!!!

Just visit a different care center and explain them, if nothing works ask for a replacement.

And please, don't use sms language, it simply irritates.

Does it happen in xbox music application..? If yes then its a software issue, and all you can do is wait for the official update solution.

The length of time the spinning gears are on the screen can be correlated to the amount of data you have on the phone.

Sorry for being stupid. I didn't actually read the entire post very sorry for that.

Don't turn off or reset your phone again & again.

This link might help you FAQ: FAQ - My Lumia stays at the spinning gears, how do I get it to stop? - Nokia - India

And Neo158 said is correct, just process to continue ok.

And your Phone is fine, don't worry.

PEACE
