Internet sharing function and VPN pass through

Hi,
I can access the Internet on my laptop through my Lumia 1020 (with the Wi-Fi Internet sharing function enabled) but loses all connectivity when establishing a VPN connection on my laptop. I suspect the Lumia to be blocking the IPSec traffic (i.e. no IPSec pass-through). Have you noticed the same behaviour on your phones?
