"ALMOST DONE" - possible 8.1?

I registered and downloaded the developer app on my 920. Strangely around midnight my time (Eastern time zone), I got a notification for an update. I already have GDR3 or what not.... I've gone through the "GEARS" and am at Step 3 of 6 ("Migrating your data"). I'll keep you posted! I'd post a screenshot, but obviously can't right now.
