Can I get back my apps on sd card after hard reset?

Guys please tell I have moved all apps on sd card and now I prefer to do a hard reset because I am facing some weared problems on my Nokia 720...i am not able to install some apps from store line UC browser. So when I do a hard reset without a memory card and when I insert the memory card again after hatred reset, will be able to get back my apps again??

You owned those apps and they're all attached to your microsoft account if you bought some of them. You just need to reinstall them again.

it'll detect the card as belonging to another phone and ask if you are okay to wipe and reinstall. It'll then install any apps attached to your MS account up to the latest backup but you will lose any data not saved to the cloud or where ever.

But I don't want to do any backup to the MS account.i just want to wipe off all things.
I just don't want to reinstall all the apps again.

I don't see that happening. If you reset your phone, you will lose the app link between the phone and app data on the card.
