XOLO Win Q900S can be charged when turned off

The recently announced XOLO Win Q900S can actually be charged when turned off.

Now I would want to know whether it can ring the alarm when turned off, and also, if this is a hardware limitation....

HTX 8x is the first to support this charge feature (after one of the updates). But it DO have some quirks doing this way.

As for alarms, other than the old Nokia phones running Symbian OS, I have not heard any modern mobile phones can do that.
