I just got my phone (BJ2) and as much as i love it, it's been getting really hot lately and that's made my palms sweaty and making holding onto the bj2 a little difficult. i was just wondering what cases you guys are using and if you have any recommendations?

hey ye to bad the samsung blackjack 2 is very slipery, i just got the case below(url) in the mail couple days ago and i love it keeps fingureprints-scrathes and makes typing a find even easier...its weird how that work it makes the buttons feel more solid, its great i really recomend it. its very slim and actually hugss the phone like a glove, takes a bit of muscle to actually get it on. I was worried that the thumb wheel whole would be awkward but it fits right over it perfectly..

Personally, I'm not a big fan of skins on the BJII because it adds noticeable thickness to the thin phone. Loved them on the Treo but I'd rather stick with the case with the BJII.

Smartphone experts also makes a vertical case if that's more to your liking. The horizontal fits a little tight at first and it takes a few days for the leather to wear in.

Another thought.... if it's not too late, the red version has a textured back that a) is easier to grip and b) doesn't show finger prints as bad as the black version.

I was sent the red version by mistake and at first couldn't stand the red (more of a maroon) but liked the texture of the case. The color grew on me after about a week.

I have piano spider leg like fingers with killer dextarity, plus my hands are always moist which adds grip along with fingerprints, so I have never found it to be hard to hold on to when using bareback. I do think its slippery surface is a problem for a lot of folk.

I am currently using this case for my Blackjack 2. The BlackJack II Signature Case/Holster Combo. I am not much of a holster guy myself, but it will protect it when I toss it in my backpack. The main reason I like this case is because of the finish on the Blackjack 2. Every little bit of dirt show up on the phone from your fingers (ie, oils). After a short amount of use, the phone looks crappy. Also, this keeps the phone from sliding all over my seat when I am driving. It really adds no thickness, at least none that I care about. It is really the best case I have found!
