Hi all,
In the UK, it is currently 08 July 2014 at 12:04 and a new software update has been just released for Nokia Lumia 630/635!

I am currently on software version 8.10.12397.895 running Lumia Cyan on O2-UK!

Might be a PvD update or just general update, but something is new!

I will update when installed!

UPDATE @ 12:37 GMT 08/07/2014 - Something weird just happened! As previously mentioned, my software version is 8.10.12397.895, but weirdly, I just got an update for the same version number! I've posted screenshots!

Well did you change the language by any chance? It could cause an extra update.

Not that I know of! It's just weird, I don't notice anything really different about it! Noticed after installation, it said "Lumia Cyan improvements"

I dont think we'll notice improvements, cuz we're already running 8.1 the most we can expect are performance improvements

Maybe it was the update to resolve calling problems in the dual sim version of the Lumia 630.

Yes that was performance improvements and some fixes.
All the Lumia devices same versions. After that starting the updates for all devices. It's my guess only.

Phone updates can be firmware only. Don't have to be OS update.

Probably a firmware update with Lumia Cyan, the OS probably stayed at the same level.

I guess this update is for Lumia 630 only. I got this update earlier today. In call volume still can't be changed. Its too loud.

i updated from .845 to .895 and now my phone battery drains real fast unlike how it was before

After every update you have to go back to settings and set up the things again. Many things you disabled might've rolled back to 'enable' mode.
Do you use Cortana?
