10536 not responding to touch

It worked fine until yesterday. I simply can't unlock the phone because touch is not responding. Buttons works fine, I can open Camera or change volume levels but touch is not working. I've reverted to 8.1 using WPRT then upgraded again to Windows 10, then it worked fine for some time and now touch is f***ing me again.

WPRT or hammer, that is the question?

Hammer should fix all your problems but I'll give a chance to WPRT in prior to hammerize it

Unfortunately WPRT didn't fixed problem this time.
