When adding to an Office365 Home, you can choose to switch to personal (Just, "NO"), or you can choose a 9 month extension of your Home subscription. (If you don't have a Home subscription, set up a trial.)

Home subscriptions include a shared pool of 5 computers, 5 tablets, 5 phones, and 5 accounts. (Each account gets 1TB of storage) Got a couple of tablets/computers of your own? You'll need Home to sync between them.

The best thing is that you can also extend your Home license by 9 month with a 12 month personal licence. Did this with two licences that came free with some Win10 devices and extend my home to 2017
