1520 Gets Hot with Navigon GPS App

Anyone using the Navigon GPS app with their 1520? I noticed that when I used the for about 20-30 minutes my 1520 was hot to the touch. Anyone else notice this?

I pretty much don't use any navigation app unless I can have the phone plugged in to the charger.

Having said that, I use the Navigon App running almost every day on my commute (45 minutes each way), and while the phone is warm when I pull it out of the car charger mount (Pro-Clip), I wouldn't exactly characterize it as hot.

If you want hot, try Waze. It burned down half the battery on my 925 one day in under an hour.

Thanks for validating. I guess when I say hot, meaning, when I had my Nokia 920, I never experienced any heat issue when using the Navigon plugged in. So for me, this is 'hot' because this didn't happen with my 920. I did try Waze on my 920 and didn't care for the interface. The Navigon has all my saved places and purchases.

Waze has been updated to fix this, no longer drains my 1020 on the charger

I use a Garmin GSP app and my 1520 gets very warm but not "hot to the touch". My 900 did the same thing also.

I use Here Drive+ every day and it doesn't even get warm. Good GPS app, too.

usually Here Drive+ is great for me, twice it did the battery draining on charge on my 1020, turning the screen off fixed it, once on the 920 same solution.
