2 Colums vs 3 Colums: What do you prefer?

Just upgraded to 8.1 yesterday on my HTC 8X, is there any way to make tile width to fit the entire screen in 3 column mode? So far I haven't been able to do that, which is a downgrade to me. I like to have certain tiles, like my various photo display tiles, be full width. Is there a way to do that?

With the 1520, I'd want to try 4 columns! Love 3 columns on 920, and still I've got too much on my start screen...

3 columns makes it look more HD and professional, although i would prefer to have the option between having 2 or 3 columns to fit everyone's choice

I can't do 2 columns because I have the fabulous 1320 (sorry I love to brag because it is an AWESOME phone )

I switched to three just recently on the 920. I like it.
