Hi Guys,

Can someone please help me with the below 2 quick Q's about the Lumia 520.

1. Is there any app or built in option in the email Accounts to sync the Outlook Notes to your phone, Like how it does when a Blackberry is synced with your Enterprise server.
2. Is there a built in option or any third party app to make your phone vibrate when a call gets connected/disconnected.

Cheers

For the first question I found few solutions after a short internet search:

1) Basic Notes by Akruto. The app is free, the sync program for PC costs, but you can try out a free 7-day trial.

2) CompanionLink syncs much more than just your notes but it isn't free either (but has a 14-day trial).

3) Abandon Outlook notes and use a different service, like Evernote (mobile, web and desktop; free and paid premium version) or Microsoft OneNote (to be honest, I don't know anything about that, whether it's free or not).

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there is a solution for your 2nd question. There are possibilities, but not on our OS :-/

Microsoft OneNote is FREE. I use it on my Windows 8.1 laptop, an iPad 4 and my Lumia 520. I also have Akruto Basic Notes running on my Lumia 520 as an experiment but use OneNote almost exclusively...

Thank you for the info Qwark....

I have to use Outlook as it is my Organization default email client program. But i am thinking to moved my stuff manually from Outlook to Evernote for now. Evernote really looks good and helpful with all its cross platforms support.

If you're taking a lot of notes keep in mind that the free version of Evernote only gives you 60mb per month for notes.

yeah Qwark, I take little more than usual. So i think its better to use OneNote(Licensed), coz that will sync the data with Skydrive.
