2520 Crashed and won't start up.

The other night my 2520 froze and then completely crashed. The green light now stays on continuously.

A soft reset does nothing, other than the green LED flashing twice.

A hard reset (70 seconds holding the volume up and power button down) will turn the LED off, but when I try to restart using the power button, nothing happens other than the green LED turning back on and staying lit.

Any ideas?

Hi guys! I have a problem same as you.I find a resolution for this situation.1.volume up+power for shutdown lumia 2520 2.press and hold power button untill screen into bitlocker recovery(camera light will flash a fww times and whole duration may be more than2 minites) 3.follow the guide and finish the operation.

Hi.. My Lumia 2520 has same issue. It only shows green light. I followed first step to shut down Lumia 2520. For step 2, I held power button for more than 3 minutes, I don't see anything on the screen. I did not see green light flash at all for the entire duration. Can you share any other steps you followed?

All I did was do a system update and since then it is not working. Nokia/Microsoft says it is no more covered under warranty.
