I just had my 928 swapped today again for the screen constantly freezing. This one I got on Monday evening. 3 days that's it. The new one did it when I started reload all my data to it when I got home with it. Swapped the wife's 928 out this evening and paid the difference for the galaxy s4. Hers lasted a total of 12 days before it froze. Now I noticed the phones are really warm when this is happening. It's not a bug! It's overheating because you are using it a little too much! Really! How is the 929 going to work? The same way? Turn off this turn off that and it will work just fine. Why have the options if they don't want us to use the phone. Just sell us a cup with a string. At least that will work til someone cuts the string.

Just a little update here. Seems heat related to me. When I am actively using the device and it gets warm the touch panel stops working.

Yea, there seems to be some bad quality control on these 928s for some reason. You should either swap it out for an android device, or if you are willing to wait, you could swap for a 929 when it comes out. I bet the 929 will be better. All the Nokia's on ATT have superb quality and have 0 issues. I have had a 900, 920, and 1020.

Yeah Nokia is telling me all the new phones are used. That Verizon sold me used as new. I just wonder if Nokia is just trying to pawn the blame off on Verizon instead of admitting the 928 was built bad. So far today I got pushed 3 touch display updates. Which doesn't make sense. I went off on Nokia in twitter last night about the phones all working except for the displays touch. I could use my Bluetooth and tell the phone to call someone in my contacts and it would do it. The volume and camera buttons worked. So far today it has not done it. Maybe they found something or forced an update to my phone that has fixed it. Fingers crossed that's what those updates were.
