4Blend Is Suppose To Be Free But I Was Charged

I was on WP store and was looking for a camera app and seen 4blend which said free but later I recieved an email saying I was charged..

Key features on paid package:
? Apply filter even after taking the shot

? Open and modify photos from gallery

? Detect automatically the hdr sequence of shots taken at different exposure while opening a from gallery, for a better results

? Select 16:9 or 4:3 ratio mode

? Set flash light

If you selected these additional add-ons you get charged.
The app should have asked you from which account you wanted to pay.
