4G Connection Icon with a little PADLOCK?

In recent days, my 4G Connection Icon is showing a little PADLOCK. Like this:



I am sure my 4G Connection is still working 100% fine, as i can still do whatever with Internet (Facebook, IE, YouTube, Games, Gmail, etc .. via 4G). The only thing that got affected is, only in some Apps, like MSN Sport - it says: "No Internet Connection." So that doesn't show any latest news anymore, etc.

I've restarted my Phone, etc whatever already, and the 4G is still working fine. So i'm out of idea, and also don't know what that ICON means.

Please suggest.

A padlock indicates you use a VPN and the small arrow means data is transmitted.

I enabled my VPN since a week ago and i FORGOT to disable it! >.<
