4G not available now

I upgraded to fast ring for windows 10 on lumia 1020 and not i cannot have ability to switch to 4G. As my highest band to select is 3G but as per my phone specs its 4G enabled. I have tried slow ring as well but same result. Is anyone there who can help me out or i should go for Redstone upgrade and if yes then how to upgrade. Help will be appreciated. Pleeeeease help me. Thank you..

Did the phone receive 4G before? (did it say 4G then/now?)

While a phone may be 4G (LTE) capable, the network must also be capable and align for 4G service to function.

It is not something that can be modified by a software update or mod except in rare cases.
