1) temple run. Pretty addictive
2) NHL game enter (when there's actually a season...)
3) Anaheim Ducks official app. Love my boys
4) a movie collection app (I had one on my old Android phone but I forgot what it was called. Basically you barcode scan your DVDs/tv shows/blu-rays and you can build your collection for outside viewing.)
5) an official NFL app (I think one is available but exclusive for Verizon...)

I would say Pandora, but I've grown very fond of the wp7 benefits of last.fm

I would have LOVED it. I would also love any appcessory support. But didn't they discontinue the up because of all of the technical issues?
