520 Win 10 upgrade need help

So I recovered and hard reset my L520 to factory settings.

I want to update to win 10 to test it. But every time I try to update, it downloads the update and starts to install and fails and keeps going in a loop.

I have 4gb free on the phone and also an SD card installed.

I have removed everything I can think of and still no luck.

It currently has win 8.1
8.10.14219.341
Lumia Cyan.

Any help would be great, Cheers

Same happened to me last night so left it connected it to mains charger and went to bed.
Came down this morning and it had completed, new build running fine, just 4/5 apps to update.
Try removing SD card first and kick off the upgrade again.

didnt work, took out the sd card and left it overnight.
Dont know how much data I wasted for it to keep trying to download and install the update.
