820 firmware is not yet available from NSU.

yeah its a official nokia software..........it is the official update the same one used by nokia care centres.....warranty will be voided as far as i know

Warranty will not be voided as long as you flash the region specific firmware.

who told you this?? according to the nokia support page, the update for 620 and 820 is coming soon while that for the 520 and 720 is still waiting for approval. I would assume updates that are 'Coming Soon' will be coming earlier
