635 Carrrier locked?

Does anyone know if the 635 will be carrier locked to T-Mobile? I'm on AT&T with a damaged HTC 8x I hate and it sounds like the 635 will probably be cheap enough to buy one if unlocked while waiting out the arrival of the McLaren in the fall.

Yes, of course the 635 that comes out on T-Mobile will be locked to T-Mobile. But isn't AT&T supposed to get it as well? That one will be carrier locked to them too, of course.

I thought I read that a couple of phones which came out recently weren't locked and was hoping maybe this one was cheap enough that they wouldn't bother.

Yes AT&T is supposed to get it later this summer but by then (and depending on the price), it might be too close to the McLaren release to waste the money. Meanwhile I just picked up a 520, applied the Preview for Developers and is probably close enough to the 635 to get me by.

I was able to preorder one for att before they pulled it last week.
