Having cycled through 520, 521, 810, 822, 920, 925, 930, 635, 1520.....
Currently settled on 925 and a 635 (for Win10TP)...I am probably going to try the 640, 640 XL and whatever flagship that comes out...

I'm jumping on the Lumia 640 as soon as it comes out. My Lumia 635 is driving me nuts. Web browser on 512mb isn't as smooth I guess. It does run circles around my friends android tho. Funny thing is his android has 2gb ram.

The specs are exactly the same. It's great that you can now get 2 year old flagship specs in brand new hardware for under $150, but nonetheless, there's no reason to swap your 920 unless it's dying.

While you are replacing the battery, might as well swap the housing with a new one. The 920 will feel extra new!

Get a 640 if you can afford to. I have a 925 (new refurb) and a 640. The 640 is way faster at everything, regardless of paper processor specs. It has way better battery life - 2.5-3% per hour (user replaceable battery) and a microSD card slot that will go up to 128Gb. 1 year MS Office sub and a 1Tb Onedrive sub bundled.
