8.1 update from bell canada

One of my phone (8x from bell canada) is running 8.1 update pfd. By checking the website of bell Canada, it states that they have 8.1 update (fw 3030.00052101.666) but when I'm checking out from any updates, it says i do have the latest update although I'm only have FW 3030.0.41201.666. Does anyone has HTC 8x from bell Canada that already got an update here? Or any HTC 8x user which has carrier updates?

I can confirm rogers has the 8.1 update, I had my 8x updated last week. However, Cortana does not work
