8x Battery Life

The battery life on my htc 8x is poor even with a light use and mostly on standby i have to charge it every day as it gets to about 10% by about 10pm
The brightness is on low and nfc and Bluetooth are off. I used to have a htc 8s which would last a day and a half with heavy use and game play. Would a phone reset help as this is the only bad thing about the phone. Also it is sim free brought from uk so will it support wireless charging. Thanks

You have to charge your phone every day.

What would you rather? Charging it once a week?

10% by 10pm is good. I wish I got that.

I mean i only use phone for an hour of browsing and music the rest of time is standby so loses about 70% on standby

That's not good.

Try a hard reset.

Try letting it drain completely so it turns itself off before charging a couple of time. Had the same problem my self. By letting it drain completely it seems to refresh the battery monitor and gives it a better estimate of how much power is left.
