9.8 AOL will not work on 64 bit Windows 10 at any compatibility level even after reboot, what should I do?

9.8 AOL will not work on 64 bit windows 10 at any compatibility level even after reboot

Directed to reboot and install AOL 9.8 again on windows 10 and doing as directed upon reboot it doesn't work using every compatibility mode. Have this problem with AOL every new OS. 64 bit laptop. Contacted AOL, and they were of no help.

I have win and just upgraded to aol 9.8 and it is working fine don't know what the problem might be with your install might try installing it again :wink:

Same issue. Windows 10 64 bit. Crashes when entering a chat room 4 out of 5 times, same when opening an email. Just stops responding, and have to close and re-open AOL. And this was even after updating to 9.8 AOL.

Not as many people chat anymore, so maybe AOL doesn't care if people can't use it - but you'd think they would at least try to fix the email issues. If you can't use the AOL mail, there's practically no reason to use AOL at all anymore...
