920 after cyan update

I am planning to hard reset my 920 (WP 8.1 updated). But I am worried about the hard reset issue in 920s. does this issue exist even after 8.1 update? Have never hard resetted my 920 yet.
Secondly is there any way to directly move contacts from hotmail account to say google account in the fone (multiple contacts at once.)?

I don't have lag but instead serious battery draining problems. I'm thinking of following jonahtrav's advice and go back to 8.0 Black using NRT.

I lost OneDrive photo integration and IE frequently crashes when using YouTube. Does anybody have a solution to the OneDrive issue? I've seen other threads about it but no definitive resolutions.

Had the same problem as a lot of the above tried everything even has you said m from fresh and download each and every app again and still nothing, so sad as my 920 was perfect before the cyan update, wish I never added it could of lived without it. Up grade to 1520 soon so stuff it. Shame really as I believed the 920 to be a brilliant phone from when it was first released.
