950 calendar problems

Using my Lumia 950 calendar, I noticed when I'm in full month view, dark theme, only the blue (color from the upper left corner selection under Settings / Personalization) will show dots where I have appointments. If I switch to any other color, all appointment dots disappear. If I switch to light theme, all seems to work in any color. Only works in dark theme with blue.
Any thoughts?

Seems odd. My issue with the calendar is that after every soft reset the live tile goes blank, not even the date is displayed
It starts working when triggered by a schedule
