950 XL: Wi-fi connectivity issues?

I have an AU stock (Optus) Lumia 950xl. WiFi was perfect. I did a factory reset, and after the reset, i couldn't even sign into my MS account because none of the WiFis would connect. Other phones and laptops connect perfectly. It can't connect to either of 2x routers, both of which have 5 and 2.4Ghz signals. So it can't connect to any of the 4 signals.

Trying another factory reset to see if it fixes it.

I have a generic AU 950 XL from Harvey Norman. I don't recall any WiFi issues until I did a hard reset to solve the "not downloading updates" issue. Let me know how you go with another hard reset. I'm going to look at disabling non-AC bands from my AP when I'm home. I have two SSIDs, one for performance and one for all the plebs.
