For now I'm gonna have to say ********. Only because phones aren't going in that direction yet, and unless they can make 3D that reaches heights that Nintendo can't create, where you don't have to focus your eyes to see the 3D and strain your vision, it wouldn't sit well with customers. If a phone were to be you would have to either be able to see it from any direction facing the screen rather than head on. It would frustrate me, and probably many other users until the technology makes itself available or Microsoft develops it themselves.

Didn't Samsung try that already with a hemroid phone? Don't remember hearing much buzz about it so I'd say it flopped. Frankly I can't see why anyone would want such a phone other than as a novelty to show off to friends. Basically it's too early for the 3D stuff.

I don't believe Samsung did. Both HTC and LG have.

That never stops Samsung from adding a feature though. It seems like in Samsung/Android world, whether or not a feature is well-implemented or even useful is secondary. They LOVE to just pile stupid things on that no one ever asked for and that's why Android phones are pretty atrocious to use, especially if you're sensitive to digital cacophony and sensory overload. More is not always better, I really wonder if they will EVER get that.

Totally ********. Not only on Windows Phone, I think its just a waste of anything that could possibly be needed to create REALLY useful features on a phone. Compared to Android or iOS WP lacks lots of features, 3D is the least thing that would be useful for that OS, except for jerks buying it "BECAUSE OF THREE DEEEE MOTHERF**** "

3D is an overrated technique in my eyes, a smartphone is the least necessary device to be in charge of that mess...

I understand 3D on the big screen. It gives Movie going an edge and a fun experience.

On a 4.3"- 5.0" phone, or even a 5.5" Phablet???

I thought both the LG Thrill and the HTC EVO 3D were good devices when the 3D was shut off. But both were sold as gimmicks. Go ahead and make a 3D WP. I won't mind making fun of it. I am equal opportunity.

BUT , its mostly a Gimmick and probably wont sale much, and I think the 3D would be turned off 90% of the time ..

OMG, someone please explain to this kid what marriage REALLY is like. Let me put it this way, do you ever get the itch to go to your local store and see what newer models there are for whatever you presently own? Some guys window shop (me), some guys like to test new models before "trading up". Some guys just ditch the old one and buy the new one without even looking. Works the same with phones, cars or women. I'm on my second Mrs. and I don't look at anything younger than 30. I'll make it easier for you, do you prefer the complicated new phone or do you prefer the older model that works exactly as it should and performs the way you want it? This could easily turn into a WP7 vs. whatever debate based on that question. You heard it first here, son.
