A question about viewing videos

Today I bought a NOKIA Lumia 920 and although I love it there is one thing that kind of annoys me.When I am watching videos on YouTube using the Internet Explorer , I can not navigate to a specific time because the rewind and fast forward buttons are not very precise.Is there any setting to change the time of a video by pressing on the video bar?

no there are no settings to be able to do that. Try downloading a YouTube app like MetroTube, you are able to do that through the app.
