A small glitch when closing the last tab of IE in WP 8.1 dev preview

I am on WP 8.1 update 1 on developers preview. When I close the very last tab in IE, it is not smooth. I have seen this even on the phones with Cyan which is a stable version. I have tested this even with the sd card on the phone and when there was no sd card as sd card makes the phone a bit slow.
MS should improve these small things.
