I had a little bit of free time the other day and ended up going through some of my folders on Windows. Nothing major — just a quick cleanup I’d been meaning to do.
While I was sorting things, I realized I really enjoy when everything feels tidy and easy to find. It just makes using my PC feel smoother.
That small moment actually motivated me to start building a simple tool for myself, which eventually turned into FilesDesk. I’m still improving it slowly.
I’m curious though:
Do you have any small habits or routines that help you keep your files organized on Windows?
I’d love to pick up a few ideas from others here.
