a stupid question related to music playing

heres a really stupid question. How do i rewind or FF a song (mp3) on my 920? when playing a song theres just skip back skip forward and pause.

Is it possible to pause or skip tracks using just the hardware buttons?

I don't believe so, the hardware buttons are volume, power, and camera. You cannot change their operation, at least that I've seen.

If I long press the volume buttons on my BlackBerry or slips or goes back a track. Could someone try that.
